Mobile Workshop

Mobile Workshop Policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit: 70% of the total class price (Deposit will be required to confirm the booking).

  • Up to 200 participants.

  • Duration: Maximum 3 hours. Additional time is $50 per hour (no prorating).

  • We can travel to your office or event space and set up the workshop.

  • Booking requires at least 30 days’ notice. Bookings made within 30 days require 100% payment upfront plus applicable taxes.

  • Materials are included in the workshop fee.

  • Staff may take photos and videos during the workshop for use on social media and our website. By booking, you consent to this.

  • Tables, table covers, and chairs for the workshop stations must be provided by the booking party. If Aromatears provides them, an additional fee will apply.

    • Estimated travel time: 1.5–2 hours total

    • Estimated travel time: Over 2 hours

Attendance Adjustment Policy

We bring a small buffer of materials to accommodate a few additional participants if needed. However, if fewer attendees arrive than originally booked, no deductions or refunds will be provided. The confirmed headcount will be treated as the guaranteed booking number.


Additional Fee: Applies to locations outside the Lower Mainland or for workshops/events booked on holidays.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds available.

  • Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a credit valid for 3 months, which can be used for future workshops, classes, or Aromatears retail products.

Our workshops require significant pre-planning, including ordering materials, booking staff, and scheduling instructors. For fairness to all customers, no exceptions can be made, including for illness, travel, or work conflicts.

If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Aromatears due to inclement weather, a credit valid for 3 months will be issued for future workshops, classes, or Aromatears retail products.
