PACKAGE A – $900

Perfume, Car Diffuser, or Body Mist

  • Up to 20 participants

  • $18 per additional person

  • $100 add-on: gemstones & preserved flowers

  • 4 gemstone colors + 4 preserved flower options

  • 9 fragrance scents or 1 personalized base + 9 mixer scents

  • Up to 2 fragrance mixes

  • Bottle options:

    • 10ml roller perfume

    • 7ml diffuser bottle

    • 100ml body mist

Note: One product type must be selected for all guests (no mixing product types in the same event). Additional travel fees may apply outside our service area.

 


PACKAGE B – $1,300

Perfume or Room Spray

  • Up to 20 participants

  • $29 per additional person

  • $100 add-on: gemstones & preserved flowers

  • 4 gemstone colors + 4 preserved flower options

  • 9 fragrance scents or 1 personalized base + 9 mixer scents

  • Up to 2 fragrance mixes

  • Bottle options:

    • 30ml perfume bottle

    • 250ml room spray

  • $45 per additional person

  • 12 fragrance scents or 1 personalized base + 12 mixer scents

  • Up to 3 fragrance mixes

  • Bottle options:

    • 50ml perfume bottle

    • 50ml diffuser bottle

Travel & Setup Fee (Round Trip)

  • 0–30 km

    • Estimated travel time: Up to 1 hour total

    • Travel & setup fee: $150

    • Example areas: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam

  • 31–50 km

    • Estimated travel time: 1–1.5 hours total

    • Travel & setup fee: $175.00

    • Example areas: Surrey, Port Moody, Delta, North Vancouver

  • 51–70 km

    • Estimated travel time: 1.5–2 hours total

    • Travel & setup fee: $200.00

    • Example areas: Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows

  • 71+ km

    • Estimated travel time: Over 2 hours

    • Travel & setup fee: From $250.00

    • Example areas: Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Whistler

 

Booking Details

Deposit

  • In-store: $35 per person

  • Off-site: 30% of total activity + service fee
    Deposits are non-refundable.

Final Payment

  • In-store: Pay after the class

  • Off-site: Due 7 days before the event

  • 10+ guests: Additional instructor fee from $100

Cancellation

  • Within 7 days: Deposit forfeited, no rescheduling

  • One-time reschedule: Must notify at least 14 days in advance (valid within 90 days)

  • Final headcount: Required 3 days before the event
