PACKAGE A – $900

Product: 10ml or 15ml Perfume / 10ml Car Diffuser / Body Mist

  • Up to 20 guests (additional $18 per person)

  • Gemstone & Preserved Flower Add-On: $100 (4 gemstone colors & 4 types of preserved flowers)

  • Fragrance Options: 9 scents or 1 personalized base + 9 mixers

  • Blend: Up to 2 fragrance mixes

 


PACKAGE B – $1,300

Product: 30ml Perfume / Room Spray

  • Up to 20 guests (additional $29 per person)

  • Gemstone & Preserved Flower Add-On: $100 (4 gemstone colors & 4 types of preserved flowers)

  • Fragrance Options: 9 scents or 1 personalized base + 9 mixers

  • Blend: Up to 2 fragrance mixes

 


PACKAGE C – $1,600

Product: 50ml Perfume Bottle / 50ml Room Diffuser

  • Up to 20 guests (additional $45 per person)

  • Gemstone & Preserved Flower Add-On: $100 (4 gemstone colors & 4 types of preserved flowers)

  • Fragrance Options: 12 scents or 1 personalized base + 12 mixers

  • Blend: Up to 3 fragrance mixes

 

 


 

All Package Details:

  • Duration & Setup: Full setup, instruction, materials transport, and cleanup included

  • Minimum: All packages required a minimum of 20 guests. We can accommodate large groups of up to 200+ participants.

  • Location: Held at your preferred venue (travel fees apply outside our service area)

  • Instructor Fee: An additional instructor fee applies for groups of 51+ participants (starting at $100).

 


Event Includes

  • Guided, hands-on perfume blending session led by Aromatears staff

  • Full use of tools, materials, and fragrance blends

  • Customized stock label or sticker (included)

  • All setup and cleanup within our regular service area

 

Optional Add-ons:

  • Custom branding, premium packaging, or logo tags

  • Balloon or floral decoration

  • Add-ons start at $2 per guest/item — full price list available upon request

 


What to Prepare at Your Venue

To ensure a smooth experience, please have the following ready:
✅ Tables and chairs for all guests
✅ Tablecloths or protective covers (recommended)
✅ Basic decor or signage (optional)
✅ Nearby water source (sink or tap)
✅ Accessible garbage/recycling bins
✅ Clear space for safe setup and movement

 


Need Us to Bring Setup Materials?

We can provide these for an additional fee (from $5 per item):

  • Tables and chairs

  • Table covers

  • Basic or floral decor / signage

  • Balloon decorations

  • Trash or cleanup bins
