In-Store Private Workshop
- Experience your creative moment in our cozy Joyce Studio (3277 Kingsway).
- Perfect for 4–20 guests, our private studio setting offers a quiet, fully prepared environment with personalized instruction.
- Enjoy an intimate session ideal for birthdays, date nights, bestie bonding, or family time.
- Additional instructor fee applies for groups of 10 or more ($100).

Off-Site Private Workshop (Mobile Service)
- Let us bring the Aromatears experience to you.
- We’ll travel to your chosen venue — whether it’s your home, office, Airbnb, or event space — and set up a complete DIY workshop from start to finish.
- Minimum: 8 guests or $600 total activity spend

Workshop Service Fee:

31–50 km  -  $425  -  Surrey, Port Moody, Delta
51–70 km  -  $500  -  Langley, Maple Ridge

Workshop Tiers
Choose from three curated experience levels — each crafted to inspire creativity and delight your senses.
- Choice A – $69: Soy candle, gel candle, diffuser, mini flower bouquet, and more   
- Choice B – $99: Moss art frame, handmade perfume, medium bouquet, preserved dome   
- Choice C – $129: Custom preserved arrangement, orchid display, large bouquet  

 
What’s Included
- Guided instruction by professional Aromatears staff
- Full setup, materials, and use of tools
- Studio use (for in-store workshops)
- Complimentary custom label or sticker
- Optional premium add-ons: logo tags, gift wrapping, and branding options (from $2 per item)

Booking Details
Deposit:
- In-store: $35 per person
- Off-site: 30% of total activity + service fee

Final Payment:
- In-store: pay after the class
- Off-site: due 7 days before the event
- 10+ guests: Additional instructor fee from $100
*Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellation: Within 7 days – deposit forfeited, no reschedule
One-time reschedule: Notify at least 14 days in advance (within 90 days)
Final headcount: Due 3 days before your event
